EL ANCHOR OUTREACH is a community-focused organisation created to bring practical support, encouragement and positive guidance to people facing hardship, isolation, vulnerability and social exclusion.
We work with young people, families, individuals and communities by offering mentoring, outreach support, wellbeing awareness, life skills, positive activities and signposting to suitable services.
